Jammy Ice Cream Soda

INGREDIENTS
• 2 tablespoons of your favourite Culinary Blossom Jam
• 1 large scoop of vanilla bean ice cream or gelato
• 8 ounces ( 237ml) of club soda, seltzer, or lemon lime soda
• A few fresh or frozen berries of choice

INSTRUCTIONS
• Spoon the jam into a serving glass or mason jar
• Add a scoop of ice cream or gelato
• Pour over the soda or seltzer
• Top with berries or a dollop of jam
• Serve with a straw and long handled spoon
• Enjoy!

TIPS
• For an adult cocktail version add a shot of white spirits of choice before topping with soda
