Ingredients: Sweet apples, cinnamon, oranges, hibiscus, honeybush, cornflowers, ginger, allspice and clove
Tasting Notes: Sweet apple and sweet honeybush balanced with tart hibiscus and warm aromatic spices

BREWING HOT TEA:
• Bring fresh cold water to a rolling boil 100C/212F.
• Put 1 heaped teaspoon of tea for each 8oz (237ml) cup into a mug or teapot
• Pour boiled water over tea and let steep 5 -10 minutes
• Strain and sweeten if desired
BREWING ICED FOR CIDER OR COCKTAILS:
• Bring fresh cold water to a rolling boil 100C/212F
• Put 2 heaped teaspoons of tea for each cup (8oz/237ml)into a teapot or heat-resistant pitcher
• Add boiled water and steep for 15 – 30 minutes
• Strain, sweeten to taste, chill and serve over ice.
* Add spirits of choice for cocktails
HOLIDAY TIP:
• Brew a large batch and strain into a crockpot using the keep warm setting. Float fresh apple and orange slices on top and keep warm on low setting. Add a ladle so guests can help themselves – easy and delicious!
