An irresistible Chai of premium black tea, aromatic warm spices and sweet fennel. The additional of fennel seeds and cardamom pods adds a natural sweetness that highlights the black tea and warm spices of cinnamon and clove. Ginger and black pepper add a touch of spiciness that rounds out the flavour profile perfectly. Brew with pure water or add milk of choice for a delicious, naturally sweet and spicy latte.

Steep Time: 4 – 5 minutes. For a stronger brew use more chai rather than steeping longer, Over steeping pulls out excess tannins in black tea which can cause bitterness
