Ingredients: Local raspberries, cane sugar, local red currants, fresh lemon, organic lemon verbena and citric acid

• For a Luscious Raspberry Fruit Dip:
1. Melt 1/2 cup of Raspberry Verbena Jam and put through a sieve to de seed, set aside to cool
2. Whip together 1/2 cup of room temperature cream cheese with 1 cup of chilled heavy whipping cream until creamy and fluffy but not over whipped
3. Fold in the cooled jam until blended. Serve Luscious Raspberry Fruit Dip as part of a fruit and cheese charcuterie
