Description: A delicious seasonal jam of local sweet pears laced with Brandy and scented with fresh ginger. Lovely spooned over warm scones or artisan breads. Excellent served with chèvre cheeses or blue cheeses. Slow cooked to perfection the traditional way, with no preservatives or additives, makes our Sweet Pear Jam a truly delectable treat!

Ingredients: Local fresh pears, cane sugars, local apples, crabapples, fresh lemons, Brandy, fresh ginger, candied ginger, citric acid, cinnamon, vanilla beans and salt
