Ingredients: Black tea, sumac berries, cornflowers, safflowers, red plum flowers, vanilla bean and organic natural flavour

Brewing:
Tea amount: 1 heaped teaspoon per 8 oz cup (237ml)
Water temperature: 212°F / 100°C
Steep time: 4–5 minutes (For a stronger brew use more tea rather than steeping longer, Over steeping pulls the tannins out of tea causing bitterness)
Optional: Add a splash of milk of choice to enhance the creamy, cookie-like flavour

QUICK FIRESIDE COOKIE LATTE
• Brew 1 cup of Fireside Milk & Cookies
• Heat and froth ¼–⅓ cup milk.
• Pour milk over brewed tea.
• Sweeten with sugar, maple syrup, or add vanilla if desired.
• Garnish with a light dusting of cinnamon or cocoa powder
