From my own garden, these edible flowers grow with love & care - picked with the seasons. Colours shift throughout the year, reflecting what’s blooming; from soft spring pastels to rich summer hues. Flower sprinkles capture a moment in the garden – a family story to sip, bake and share.

Description: A seasonal collection of organic culinary flowers, perfect for baking, sweet or savoury recipes, and decorating cakes, cookies, and beyond. Enjoy sprinkles steeped into a fragrant floral tea, or blend with your favourite teas to enhance their natural flavour. Culinary Sprinkles also add a beautiful touch to crafts—from soothing bath and foot soaks to homemade creams and soaps. Let these beautiful petals inspire creativity— add a sprinkle of beauty, a dash of joy, and a touch of garden charm in all you create.

Quantity: 25 grams (approximately 2 cups)

Organic Ingredients: A seasonal collection of: Cornflowers, calendula, marigold, rose petals, rosebuds, dianthus, viola, pansy, jasmine, peony, sunflower, coreopsis, pure rose oil and orange oil. (Flowers and colours will vary from season to season and batch to batch)

Tasting Notes:
Spring/summer: Soft floral garden notes with enchanting hints of rose and orange
Fall/winter: Earthy floral notes with hints of warm spice

Health Benefits: Edible flowers contain vitamins, minerals and have strong anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties.

Culinary Uses:
• Lovely baked into shortbread
• Sprinkle on top of iced cookies
• Mix into sweet dips and serve alongside fresh fruit
• Press onto the sides of an iced cake, or sprinkle on the  top
• Roll a cheese log or cheese ball into flowers and include as part of a fruit charcuterie board

Topical Uses:
Culinary Sprinkles are versatile and can be used topically for a refreshing, soothing foot or bath soak. Add 1/2 cup of Culinary Sprinkles to 4 litres of very hot water. (Or use a large tea bag or reusable cotton bag for the tea if you prefer.)  Let the water cool slightly to a comfortable foot temperature and slip your tootsies into the fragrant water. Now relax and let the antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and natural oils do their work. Edible flowers are beneficial to your body both inside and out!
