Description: A fabulous marmalade of sweet blood oranges and tart hibiscus kissed with Grand Marnier. Deep red in colour from the hibiscus petals and full of bright flavour from the citrus, this delicious marmalade is like no other!
Ingredients: Blood oranges, cane sugar, navel oranges, Meyer lemons, lemons, Grand Marnier, organic hibiscus, citric acid and salt
Seasonal Jam: Available late winter, early spring while quantities last

* Delicious on everything but we particularly love it on crusty artisan dark brown bread
* Whip marmalade into softened butter and spread on warm scones
* Melt marmalade, strain and use to glaze pastries with a beautiful red colour and delicious flavour. Save the strained citrus peek and add to recipes, baking or stir into yogurt or oatmeal
* An excellent pantry staple to use in both sweet or savoury recipes
