Spicy Nasturtium Red Pepper Jelly

Description: A fabulous sweet n’ spicy chunky style pepper jelly to enjoy with cheese and crackers, baked brie, charcuterie or in an array of delicious appetizers. The addition of peppery nasturtium blossoms gives this pepper jelly its unique flavour and spiciness. An excellent pantry staple to use in a variety of recipes!
Ingredients: Sweet red peppers, cane sugar, apple cider vinegar, fresh lemon, hot peppers, organic nasturtiums, fruit pectin, citric acid and salt
Seasonal Jelly: Available only while quantities last
Quick Savoury Glaze:
• To make a delicious savoury glaze: Melt 1/2 cup of pepper jelly and stir in a spoonful of Dijon mustard, brown sugar OR maple syrup.
Brush over ham, pork, poultry, fish or winter squash during the last part of roasting.
Red Pepper Jelly Dip:
• To 8 ounces of softened cream cheese add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Spicy Nasturtium Red Pepper Jelly (depending how peppery you want the dip) and blend well. For a softer dip add a splash of milk or cream and blend until smooth. Serve with an assortment of crackers or crudités.
