Warm and comforting, our Apple Spice tea brings together the familiar flavours of crisp apples and cinnamon with a smooth black tea base. It’s the kind of cup that feels right when the days grow shorter and the kitchen begins to smell like something wonderful is baking. Blended in small batches with apples, cinnamon, and delicate safflower petals, Apple Spice Tea has a naturally cozy character with a gentle fruity note and warming spice.

Apple Spice Tea

Quantity: 50 grams

Ingredients: Black tea, apples, cinnamon, blackberry leaf, safflower petals and natural flavour.

Tasting Notes: Warm cinnamon, baked apple, and smooth black tea with a lovely fruity finish.

Caffeine Level: Medium

Brewing: Use: 1–2 teaspoons of loose-leaf tea per 8 oz cup
Water: 212°F / 100°C
Steep: 3–5 minutes
Enjoy warm on its own, or add a touch of honey if you prefer a little extra sweetness.

Make an Apple Spice Glühwein: For a cozy seasonal drink, use Apple Spice tea as the fragrant base for a homemade Glühwein. The apple and cinnamon notes pair beautifully with red wine, creating a warming drink for cool autumn evenings and holiday gatherings.

You’ll need:
• 2 cups brewed Apple Spice Tea
• 1 bottle fruity red wine
• 2 cinnamon sticks
Optional: a few apple slices or orange slices

To make the Glühwein
• Brew the Apple Spice tea according to the directions above.
• Pour the brewed tea and red wine into a large saucepan and add the cinnamon sticks.
• Warm gently over low heat until steaming and fragrant, but do not boil.
* Let the mixture warm for about 15–20 minutes so the cinnamon and apple flavours can mingle with the wine.
• Remove the cinnamon sticks, add a few fresh apple or orange slices if desired, and serve warm.

A lovely way to bring the flavours of an autumn orchard to the table.
