It wouldn’t be the fall without our Spiced Pumpkin Chai! We’ve blended premium black tea with chunks of pumpkin and apple, then added sweet cinnamon and warm aromatic spices for a seasonal chai that can’t be beat! The aroma of this tea steeping is just like a pumpkin pie baking in the oven. For a fabulous Spiced Pumpkin Latte make it with your choice of milk, sweeten to taste and add a dollop of cinnamon whipped cream.

Organic Ingredients: Black tea, pumpkin, apple, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, clove and pure organic oils

Tasting Notes: Black tea with sweet notes of pumpkin and apple balanced with aromatic warm spices

Caffeine Level: Medium

Brewing Temperature: 100ºC/212ºF

Steep Time: 3 – 5 minutes (For a stronger brew use more tea rather than steeping longer, Over steeping black tea pulls out the tannins in the tea, which can cause a bitter taste)

Culinary Uses: Chai infused desserts, cookies and cakes, infused puddings, pumpkin creme brulee, sweet or savory recipes and seasonal drinks

Culinary Tip: Use brewed chai in place of water in recipes to add a warm spiced flavor. Try morning oatmeal chai, chai infused rice, steamed chai veggies, or use it in vinaigrette and marinades
