Premium black tea is filled with chunks of pumpkin and our special spice blend – no preservatives, no additives, no sugar!  You make it the way you like it – so fire up your sauce pot and get ready to make the BEST Pumpkin Spice Latte you’ve ever tasted!


The Best Pumpkin Spice Latte

Makes 2 servings – 1 for you and 1 to share


• 4 heaped teaspoons (5 for a stronger latte) of either Organic Pumpkin Spice
OR Organic Spiced Pumpkin Chai OR Pumpkin Spice

• 3 cups milk of choice. (Use ½ pure water and ½ milk for a less creamy latte)
• 2+ teaspoons of maple syrup or local honey, to taste (or sweetener of choice)
Ground Chai Spice or ground cinnamon for dusting and a cinnamon stir stick
• Heavy cream, lightly whipped or your choice of whipped topping
• Salted pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
• A shot of spiced rum

• Put a medium-size saucepan over medium heat and add milk or milk/water
• Bring just to the boil (small bubbles around the edges) don’t let it come to a full boil
• Remove from heat
• Add Pumpkin Spice OR Spiced Pumpkin Chai and cover with a lid
• Steep 3 – 5 minutes
• Strain and sweeten to taste
• Return to heat and re warm if necessary
• Froth if desired and then pour into 2 warmed mugs
• Add spiced rum if using
• Top with whipped cream – and the optional sprinkle of pepitas
• Dust with Ground Chai Spice or ground cinnamon and add a cinnamon stir stick
• Enjoy!

• If you prefer a stronger tea add another teaspoon of tea rather than steeping longer than 5 minutes. Steeping black tea too long will pull out extra tannins creating bitterness.
• Pumpkin Spice or Spiced Pumpkin Chai or can be used to create many different delicious foods and baked goods. Brew with either water or milk of choice and use the spiced broth in recipes and drinks
