It is absolutely delicious sipped steamy hot or chilled over ice. Brew spiced Vanilla Chai with milk of choice for a fabulous spiced vanilla chai latte. Sip it hot or chill and serve over ice for an excellent summertime iced vanilla chai latte!

Ingredients: Orange Pekoe black tea, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, black pepper, white pepper, calendula, clove, nutmeg, vanilla and organic natural oils

Culinary Tip: Use brewed chai in place of water in recipes to add warm spiced flavor. Try morning oatmeal chai, chai infused rice, steamed chai veggies

HOT CHAI: Bring fresh cold water to a boil (or half water/half milk of choice). Put 1 heaped teaspoon of Chai per cup 8oz/237ml into a mug or teapot. Add boiled water and let steep 3 - 5 minutes. For stronger chai add more tea rather than steep too long. Over steeping will cause black tea to become bitter. Strain and sweeten if desired.

HOT CHAI LATTE: Use milk of choice and 1 - 2 teaspoons of Chai per cup (8 oz/237ml). Can be made in a pot on the stove top. Bring milk of choice to the simmer and add chai. Steep 3 - 5 minutes. Strain and sweeten to taste if desired.

ICED CHAI LATTE: Use 2 heaped teaspoons of Chai per cup and make as a hot latte. Chill and serve over ice topped with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon.
