There’s something magical about taking a simple ingredient and turning it into a little ritual of beauty and flavour. Floral-Infused Honey does just that — golden, fragrant honey infused with edible flowers, creating a cup of sweetness that’s as lovely to look at as it is to taste.

Perfect drizzled over morning toast, stirred into yogurt, baked into scones, or added to a cozy mug of Sips & Blooms tea, this infusion brings warmth, gentle floral aroma, and a little seasonal sparkle to every spoonful.

Whether you’re gifting it, sharing it, or keeping it all to yourself, Floral-Infused Honey is a sweet reminder that even in the quiet of winter, there’s bloom, beauty, and nourishment to be found in small moments.

Floral-Infused Honey

INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup mild-flavoured honey (local or organic)
• 2 Tablespoons of dried edible flowers: lavender, rose petals, calendula, chamomile, hibiscus or culinary Sprinkles
* 250 ml (1 cup) sterilized glass jar with a lid

Instructions:
• Gently warm the honey: Place honey in a small saucepan over very low heat for 2–3 minutes — just warm enough to loosen it, do not simmer or boil.
• Add flowers: Stir in the dried petals and remove from heat.

Infuse: Pour the honey and flower into the jar with lid and let the honey sit for 5 -7 days to allow the flavours and floral aromas to meld.

Optional strain: For a smooth honey, re warm and strain out the petals; or leave them in for a visually beautiful, floral presentation.

Serve: Drizzle over toast, yogurt, baked goods, or add a spoonful to your favourite Sips & Blooms tea for a warming, aromatic cup.

Pro Tip: Mix and match petals to mirror your tea blends — rose + hibiscus for Bloom & Spice, chamomile + lavender for Moonlit Bloom, or a gentle medley for Blush & Bloom.

Bring a little bloom into every sip — and every spoonful.
