CITRUS FLOWER SPARKLE TEA: A simple, refreshing drink that is as refreshing as it is beautiful!
Ingredients:
• 1 heaped tablespoon of Citrus Flower Berry Blend (Plus 1 Citrus Wheel)
• 1 cup freshly boiled filtered water
• Honey or simple syrup (optional, to taste)
• Sparkling water or soda (optional, for a sparkling version)
• Ice (for iced version)

How To:
Hot Infusion (Tea Version):
Place the Citrus Flower Berry Blend in a cup or teapot. Pour over boiled water and steep for 5–7 minutes until the colour and aroma bloom into a softly coloured floral infusion. Sweeten lightly if desired.

Sparkling Citrus Version:
Steep the Citrus Flower Berry Blend in boiled water (about 1/3 cup) for 10 minutes. Strain into a glass filled with ice, then top with sparkling water. or soda.Stir gently and enjoy the delicate floral citrus fizz.
