Iced Lavender Lemon Sipper
1. Lavender Honey Tea
Steep a pinch of organic lavender in hot water for 5–7 minutes. Strain and stir in a spoon of honey. A calming floral cup perfect for slow moments.
2. Lavender Cream Cheese Spread
Fold a pinch of lavender into softened cream cheese with a drizzle of honey. Lovely on scones, toast, or paired with fresh fruit.
3. Lavender Chocolate Bark
Sprinkle a light dusting of lavender over melted dark chocolate before it sets.
Finish with coarse sea salt or dried fruit for an delicious floral treat.
4. Lavender Roasted Carrots
Toss carrots with olive oil, a pinch of lavender, salt, and honey.

Brewing Lavender Tea
Hot Tea:
• Bring fresh, cold water to a rolling boil (100°C / 212°F).
• Place 1/2 teaspoon of lavender per 8oz (237ml) cup into a mug or teapot.
• Pour boiled water over the lavender buds and steep for 5–10 minutes, longer for maximum benefits.
• Strain and sweeten if desired.
Iced Tea:
• Bring fresh, cold water to a rolling boil (100°C / 212°F).
• Place 1 – 2 teaspoons of lavender buds per 8oz (237ml) cup into a teapot or heat-proof pitcher.
• Pour boiled water over lavender buds and steep 30 minutes
• Strain, sweeten to taste and chill. Lovely with the addition of a good squeeze of lemon and drizzle of honey..
