Recipe: Classic Hot Chamomile Tea
Ingredients
• 2 teaspoons to 1 tablespoon Organic Chamomile Flowers
• 1½ cups freshly boiled water (100°C / 212°F).
• Honey (optional)
• Slice of fresh lemon (optional)
Directions:
Place the chamomile blossoms into a tea infuser or teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over the flowers and steep for 5–7 minutes. Strain and enjoy as is, or sweeten lightly with honey and finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon.

Iced Chamomile: For a refreshing iced drink, chill the hot brewed tea and serve over ice with optional orange slices, mint and edible flowers.
Recipe: Chamomile & Honey Roasted Peaches

Chamomile & Honey Roasted Peaches
A simple dessert that showcases chamomile’s delicate apple-like flavour.
Ingredients:
• 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
• 2 tbsp butter, melted
• 2 tbsp honey
• 2 tsp Organic Chamomile Flowers
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of sea salt
How To:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Combine the melted butter, honey, vanilla and chamomile flowers. Spoon over the peaches and sprinkle with a tiny pinch of sea salt.
3. Roast for 20–25 minutes until the peaches are tender and lightly caramelized.
4. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream or thick Greek yogurt. Finish with an extra sprinkle of chamomile blossoms for a beautiful garden-inspired presentation.
