Organic English Breakfast Tea
A premium full-bodied estate grown black tea. Excellent paired with breakfast, brunch or afternoon tea. Sips well on its own or add dairy/dairy sub and sweeten to taste. Try it chilled and served over ice with lemon slices and a sprig of mint for a refreshingly delicious iced tea!

Ingredients: Organic estate grown Orange Pekoe Tea (FBOP)

BREWING HOT TEA:
• Bring fresh cold water to a rolling boil 100C/212F.
• Put 1 heaped teaspoon of tea for each 8oz (237ml) cup into a mug or teapot
• Pour boiled water over tea and let steep 4 - 5 minutes
• Strain and sweeten if desired
BREWING ICED TEA:
• Bring fresh cold water to a rolling boil 100C/212F
• Put 2 heaped teaspoons of tea for each cup (8oz/237ml) into a teapot or heat-resistant pitcher
• Add boiled water and steep for 8 - 10 minutes
• Strain, sweeten to taste and chill. To serve - pour over ice and garnish with a fresh lemon slice
CULINARY USES: Chilled tea can be used in baking, in sweet or savoury recipes, as a broth or marinade, Use dry for tea smoking.
CULINARY TIP: Brew with dairy or dairy sub for an excellent hot or iced latte.
