Description: A fabulous seasonal condiment of local cranberries and crisp apples sweetened with maple syrup, then laced with rum and spices. Cranberry Apple Topper is the perfect accompaniment for cheeses, soft baked Brie, appetizers or served with charcuterie. Excellent enjoyed with pork, ham, poultry or roasted squash. Spread it on sandwiches, quesadilla or turkey burgers for a delicious taste of the season. 

Ingredients: Fresh local cranberries, local apples, dried cranberries, cane sugars, apple cider, apple vinegar, maple syrup, fresh lemon and orange, spiced rum, cinnamon, chai spice, citric acid and salt.

Culinary Tips:
• Make Holiday Cranberry Apple Cheese Appetizers
• Put a round of Brie cheese in an oven-proof dish and spoon over Cranberry Apple Cheese Topper. Bake at 350 for approximately 10-15 minutes or until cheese is soft and starting to ooze. Serve with crackers, biscuits or veggies. Delicious!
• Appetizers: Spoon Cranberry Apple Topper over bruschetta or toast rounds and top with a slice of Brie cheese and a sprinkle of chopped walnuts. Bake at 350 for 5-7 minutes until cheese is slightly melted and walnuts are toasted
• Dips: 1 part whipped cream cheese, fold in 1 part topper. Spreads for sandwiches, burgers etc: Mix 1 part mayo with 1 part topper
