Kenya Silverback White Tea is a highly prized white tea. Crafted from only the choicest white tips, flushed by highly specialized tea bushes, the fresh leaf is hand-plucked during cool early mornings on the slopes of the Great Rift Valley in Kenya. It is then hand rolled and dried naturally. The process is exceedingly laborious and even the most skilled tea artisan can produce only about 1 kg per day. Even for long-time tea drinkers, a pot of Kenya Silverback White Tea is a revelation. This is a tea you will never forget.

Caffeine Level: Low

Brewing Temperature: 85ºC/185ºF. Bring pure water to the boil 100ºC/212ºF and let it cool down to 85ºC/185ºF.
Steep Time: 3-5 minutes

Tea Tip: This tea is meant to be sipped and savored on its own. No milk, sugar, lemon or mint are recommended.
