Lemon Mango Swirl

A refreshing fruit tea bursting with tropical flavours of lemon, lime and sweet mango. Enjoy hot or chill for a fabulous iced tea! Create delicious summer coolers and cocktails – see tips and recipe below.

ingredients: Mangoes, apples, lemons, limes, rosehips, hibiscus, safflower and organic natural fruit oils

Tasting Notes: Bright, refreshing taste of lemon and lime balanced with the natural sweetness of mango

Antioxidant Level: Medium

Caffeine Level: None

Culinary Uses: Makes an excellent base for cocktails or sangria. Freeze for flavourful ice cubes. Add white spirits and tonic water for a delicious summer cooler.

Culinary Tip: Steep 2 to 3 times stronger for use in recipes or as a base for drinks.

LEMON MANGO FROZEN COCKTAIL RECIPE
• 8 oz (237 ml) of Iced Lemon Mango Swirl
• 2-3 oz Limoncello (Sub: Tequila or Vodka)
• Juice of 1 lemon (save 2 slices for garnish)
• 2 teaspoons of honey or sugar, if desired
• 1 cup of frozen mango chunks
How To:
– Put all ingredients in a blender (except 2 lemon slices)
• Blend until smooth
• Pour/spoon in 2 glasses. Garnish with lemon slices & serve with a straw for sipping and spoon for scooping. Enjoy!
