The Story: The milky character of this fabulous oolong is a result of a sudden drop in temperature during harvest – a very rare occurrence. Plucked from gardens situated between 500 - 1200 meters, the leaves are withered in air-conditioned rooms until they have reached the desired level of fermentation. The fermented leaves are then steamed over hot fires. The final process for this tea is to then dry the leaves and sort for premium oolong quality.

Culinary Uses: Not recommended. This premium oolong is best sipped and savoured for its fabulous taste.
