Description: First of the season fresh local rhubarb is slow-cooked with fragrant lavender and wildflower honey to create this luscious springtime jam. Sweet n' tart, with soft floral notes, this unique jam is delicious spooned over warm scones or stirred into yogurt, topped with granola. Fabulous served with cheeses or as part of a fruit and cheese charcuterie board. Rhubarb Lavender makes an excellent filling for cakes and squares or a wonderful addition to baked goods.

Ingredients: Local rhubarb, cane sugar, fresh lemon, fresh orange, local honey, wildflower honey, organic lavender, organic hibiscus, citric acid and salt

Culinary Tips:
* Delicious spooned over crepes or ice cream
* Swirl into yogurt, garnish with granola and fresh strawberries
* For dips: Whip 1 part cream cheese and 1 part jam together until light and fluffy. Loosen with a splash of cream or whole milk if desired, to create a delicious creamy dip to serve with fresh fruit
