Ingredients: Black tea, rose petals, rose buds, pink cornflower, rose hips, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, black pepper, white pepper, clove and nutmeg

Brewing Temperature: 100ºC/212ºF

Steep Time: 3 - 4 minutes. For a stronger chai use more tea rather than steeping longer. Over steeping pulls excess tannins from black tea which can result in bitterness

Chai Tip: Shake or tip the bag upside down before each use as spices settle to the bottom of the bag
