Rose Petal Chai Latte

• ½ cup of pure water
• 1 cup milk of choice (almond or coconut milk pair well with roses)
• 2 heaped teaspoons of Rose Petal Chai (save a rosebud for garnish)
• 1 teaspoon of honey or sweetener of choice

• Sub honey or sweetener with Rose Petal Sweet Syrup

• Add water to a small saucepan and bring to the boil
• Add 2 heaped teaspoons of Rose Petal Chai
• Reduce heat to low and steep 1-2 minutes
• Add milk, raise heat and bring back to the simmer (careful it doesn’t boil)
• Lower heat and steep 2-3 more minutes depending on how strong you like your chai
• Strain into a pretty cup and stir in sweetener to taste
• Froth if desired
• Dust with extra rose petals and a rosebud

• For a more intense cardamom flavour crack the pods in the Rose Petal Chai before adding to the boiling water
• Grind a few rose petals in a spice grinder to create rose petal dust and sprinkle on top of latte
