Description: A marmalade like no other! Bitter Seville Oranges and sweet citrus are laced with Cointreau, a sprinkle of calendula and fresh vanilla bean. It’s an irresistible combination of delicious citrus flavours. We’re happy to say we often hear “This is the best marmalade I’ve ever tasted!”
Ingredients: Organic Seville oranges, cane sugar, navel oranges, Meyer lemons, lemons, Cointreau, organic calendula, fresh vanilla bean and citric acid
Seasonal Jam: Available late winter, early spring while quantities last
Culinary Tips:
* Delicious on everything but we particularly love it on crusty artisan dark brown bread
* Whip marmalade into softened butter and spread on warm scones
* Melt marmalade and mix with soya sauce and DIjon mustard to taste. Baste on ham pork or chicken for a deliciously sweet n’ savoury glaze
* An excellent pantry staple to use in sweet or savoury recipes
