Pu-erh (fermented dark tea) is an extraordinary tea! There is no other tea like Pu-erh, it is unique in the world of tea. Pu-erh undergoes a unique fermentation process that infuses them with their defining character. Fresh tea leaves are withered in the sun, pan-fired, then rubbed, rolled, pressed and aged. The result is a smooth, mellow  tea, that carries an array of complex flavours. We’ve added a touch of roasted coffee bean to bring out the delicious earthy character of this Pu-erh.
