What Is Matcha and Why Is It So Good for You?
Matcha is a vibrant superfood made from specially cultivated, premium green tea leaves that are carefully stone-ground into a soft, fine powder. Unlike traditional steeped teas, matcha allows you to consume the entire leaf, delivering its full spectrum of nutrients in every sip. Naturally energizing, gently detoxifying, and rich in antioxidants, matcha provides a balanced and sustained boost of vitality and focus.
Our matcha blends combine the wholesome benefits of green tea with your choice of luscious Organic Mango or smooth Vanilla Bean, offering a deliciously modern twist on a time-honoured tradition. Exceptionally versatile, matcha can be enjoyed hot, iced, or as a creamy latte. It also shines in the kitchen as a culinary ingredient for smoothies, desserts, cooking, and baking.

MATCHA TIPS
• The key to making good matcha is fresh quality matcha, correct temperature (pure boiled water cooled to 75/85C or 170/185F) and technique, by using a tea bowl and bamboo whisk or electric frother
• If using a bamboo whisk, for extra frothy matcha, soak the tips of a bamboo whisk in warm water first before using. Start whisking at the bottom of the bowl in an ‘M’ shape pattern until matcha is incorporated and frothy
• The colour of your matcha drink will depend on the quality and type of green tea matcha used
• Matcha is delicious, healthy addition to morning smoothies or afternoon protein shake
