A good night’s sleep is one of the most important things you can do to maintain good health and keep your immune system strong. Sipping a Golden Turmeric Mylk/Milk Tea can help relieve stress and prepare your mind and body for a good night’s sleep. Enjoy it with warm plant mylk of choice, or choose dairy milk if you prefer. Either way, it will help you to rest well tonight – sweet dreams!

 

Golden Turmeric Mylk

 

INGREDIENTS
• 1 heaped teaspoon of Golden Turmeric Herbal Tisane
• 1¼ cups of plant mylk of choice (almond, oat, coconut, etc.) OR dairy milk
• Optional: A dusting of ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS
• In a small saucepot over medium heat combine your mylk/milk of choice with the Golden Turmeric
• Bring just to the simmer. Watch closely so it doesn’t boil over. Remove from heat and cover pot
• Steep 10 minutes
• Warm your favourite mug in hot water. Strain tisane into the mug and dust with cinnamon if using
• Now relax and enjoy each sip. Sweet dreams!

TIPS
• Microwave Option: Add mylk/milk and Golden Turmeric to a heatproof microwave-safe container. Heat until hot. Remove, cover with a lid and steep 10 minutes.
• Strain into a warmed mug and enjoy!
