Iced Rose Sipper

MAKES 1 GLASS – EASILY MULTIPLE THE RECIPE
A simple, yet deliciously refreshing sipper to make for a special occasion or enjoy on a warm summers’ day

INGREDIENTS
• 1 Shot of Rose Petal Sweet Syrup (make it here)
• Tonic water, club soda or sparkling water
• Optional: 1 Shot of Vodka or Gin
• Optional: A twist of peel or slice of fresh pink grapefruit or lemon
• Ice cubes
• Garnish with blueberries, strawberries or raspberries and rose petals or lilacs (see tips below)

NEXT
STRAIN TEA AND STIR IN:
• Add 1 shot of rose syrup and 1 shot of spirits (if using) to a glass.\
• Top with water or soda of choice
• Garnish with berries and edible flowers of choice
• Add a twist or slice of pink grapefruit or lemon

TIPS
• Substitute rose petals for edible lilac blossoms if desired. Blueberries and lilacs are lovely paired together
• Make ahead: Freeze blueberries, strawberries or raspberries into ice cubes for serving
• Rose petals, tiny rose buds or lilac blossoms can also be frozen into ice cubes
