A lovely, relaxing herbal tea reminiscent of a stroll through a breezy summer meadow. Soft notes of rose and lavender gently blend into the refreshing tingle of peppermint. Organic Ingredients: Peppermint, rose petals, lavender, pink cornflowers and rose buds
Tasting Notes: Soft notes of rose and lavender gently blend into a refreshing tingle of peppermint

Brewing Temperature: 100ºC/212ºF
Brewing Hot Tea:
• Bring fresh cold water to a rolling boil 100C/212F.
• Put 1 – 2 teaspoons of tea for each 8oz (237ml) cup into a mug or teapot
• Pour boiled water over tea and let steep 4 – 7 minutes
• Strain, add honey or lemon if desired
Making Iced Tea:
• Bring fresh cold water to a rolling boil 100C/212F
• Put 2 – 3 heaped teaspoons of tea for each cup (8oz/237ml) into a teapot or heat-resistant pitcher
• Add boiled water and steep for 15 + minutes
• Strain, sweeten if desired, chill and serve over ice. Garnish with fresh lavender or rose petals and sprig of mint
