A lovely, aromatic herbal tea that tingles with fresh mint and gentle sweet floral. This combination of flowers and herbs is rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, along with calming properties, from the chamomile and lavender. Soothing sipped steamy hot, or chill and serve over ice for a delicious, refreshing iced tea. For a pretty presentation, serve in a tall glass, garnished with fresh mint and edible flowers. For a refreshing cooler, add white spirits and top with sparkling water or soda.

Topical Uses: The herbs and flowers in mint blossom are versatile and can be used topically for a refreshing, soothing foot soak. Add 1/2 cup of Mint Blossom to 4 litres of very hot water. (Or use a large tea bag or reusable cotton bag for the tea if you prefer.) Let the water cool slightly to a comfortable foot temperature and slip your tootsies into the fragrant water. Now relax and let the antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and natural essential oils do their work. Mint Blossom is beneficial to your body both inside and out!
