Iced Royal-Tea
MAKES 1 ICED TEA – EASILY DOUBLES TO 2
INGREDIENTS
• 3 ounces strong-brewed Best Earl Grey Tea
• Stir in 1 teaspoon of raw honey or sweetener of choice, and chill tea
• 1 ½ ounces London Dry Gin
• A good squeeze of fresh lemon juice
• Lots of ice
• Lemon wheels for garnish
• Sprig of mint or herb of choice
Optional: top with a splash of lemon/lemon-lime soda
HOW TO
• Fill a tall glass with lots of ice
• Add the chilled Earl Grey Tea
• Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
• Pour in the London Dry
• Garnish with lemon wheels and fresh herbs
• Top with soda if desired
