Organic Mint Blossom

Mint Blossom is a delightful, aromatic herbal tea that tingles with fresh mint and lovely sweet floral notes. This combination of flowers and herbs is rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, along with calming properties, from the chamomile and lavender. Soothing sipped steamy hot, or chill and serve over ice for a delicious, refreshing iced tea. For a pretty presentation, serve in a tall glass, garnished with fresh mint and edible flowers.

Tea Tip: For a refreshing summer cooler, brew double strength, chill and serve over ice with white spirits of choice. Top with sparkling water or soda and garnish with edible flowers and fresh mint.

Brewing Hot Tea:
• Bring fresh cold water to a rolling boil 100C/212F.
• Put 1 – 2 teaspoons of tea for each 8oz (237ml) cup into a mug or teapot
• Pour boiled water over tea and let steep 4 – 7 minutes
• Strain, add honey or lemon if desired

Making Iced Tea:
• Bring fresh cold water to a rolling boil 100C/212F
• Put 2 – 3 heaped teaspoons of tea for each cup (8oz/237ml) into a teapot or heat-resistant pitcher
• Add boiled water and steep for 15 + minutes
• Strain, sweeten if desired, chill and serve over ice. Garnish with edible flowers and sprig of mint

(Or use a large tea bag or reusable cotton bag for the tea if you prefer.)  Let the water cool slightly to a comfortable foot temperature and slip your tootsies into the fragrant water.
