INGREDIENTS:
• Crusty sourdough or brioche, sliced and lightly toasted
• Mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, or ricotta
• A generous spoonful of Apricot Lavender Jam or your choice of garden preserves
• Fresh fruit or berries to compliment your preserves or edible flowers for garnish
• Optional: a fresh grating of lemon or orange zest
HOW TO:
