Warm up this winter with a comforting and aromatic Winter’s Bloom Latte. With a delicate blend of florals and spices, this latte offers a soothing escape into a cozy winter garden. You can customize it with your milk of choice for a rich and velvety treat.

MAKES ONE LATTE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 heaped tablespoon Winter’s Bloom Tea
  • 1 cup pure water
  • 1 cup milk of choice (oat milk, almond milk, coconut milk, or dairy milk)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon (optional, for garnish)
  • Dried rose petals for garnish (optional)

HOW TO

  1. Brew the Tea:
    • In a small pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add 1heaped tablespoon of Winter’s Bloom Tea, stir for a minute until blended then remove from heat, cover and steep for 7 – 8 minutes
  2. Heat the Milk:
    • While the tea is steeping, pour your milk of choice into a separate pot or milk frother. Heat gently over medium heat until warm, but not boiling. If you’re using a milk frother, you can froth the milk for a creamy texture.
  3. Combine the Tea and Milk:
    • Once your tea has steeped, strain the leaves and pour the brewed tea into your mug. Then, add the warm milk to the tea, stirring gently to combine.
  4. Sweeten (Optional):
    • Stir in honey or your preferred sweetener to taste. For an extra cozy touch, you can add a pinch of cinnamon for a hint of warmth.
  5. Garnish (Optional):
  6. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Sip slowly and savour the soothing, floral-spicy balance of this Winter’s Bloom Latte as you unwind and enjoy the peaceful moments of winter.

TIPS:
• Adjust the amount of tea depending on how bold you like your flavour. You can also experiment with flavour by adding a dash of vanilla
• This latte pairs beautifully with a quiet moment by the fire or a good book on a chilly evening. Enjoy the cozy, rejuvenating warmth of this seasonal favourite!
