The acidity from green tea helps gently exfoliate tough, calloused skin, softening rough spots and bringing a fresh glow to your feet. Lavender works its magic to relax tight muscles and ease tension, while rose petals hydrate and soften the skin, leaving your feet feeling pampered. The cool, refreshing touch of peppermint invigorates and energizes, creating a soothing contrast to the cold weather and leaving your feet feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
For an extra boost, adding Epsom salts to the soak enhances the experience, providing additional therapeutic benefits. Whether you’re unwinding after a long winter day or simply taking a moment to yourself, this herbal foot soak helps restore balance, smoothness, and comfort to your feet. It’s the perfect way to give yourself a little luxury, even in the heart of winter, and prepare your feet for the warmer days ahead.

• 1/4 cup of organic lavender blossoms
• 1/4 cup of organic peppermint leaves

How to Use the Green Tea Foot Soak:
- Prepare the Water: Begin by filling a foot basin with 4 liters (2 quarts) of hot water. The water should be warm but not too hot, so you can comfortably soak your feet.
- Brew the Herbal Soak: In a teapot or heatproof container, steep one herbal foot soak bag in 2 cups of boiled water for 10 minutes. Allow the herbs to infuse the water and release their soothing properties.
- Combine and Infuse: Pour the steeped herbal water, along with the foot soak bag, into the basin of hot water. Leave the herbal bag in the water to continue infusing the soak as you relax.
- Adjust the Temperature: Before dipping your feet in, test the water temperature and adjust it to your comfort level. Once it feels just right, gently place your feet in the soak. Let your feet soak for 10–15 minutes, allowing the herbs to work their magic while you unwind.
- Finish with Care: After soaking, use a foot scrub to exfoliate any dead skin and calluses. Dry your feet thoroughly and finish by moisturizing with your favorite foot balm for extra softness and hydration.
Enjoy your soothing, rejuvenating foot soak—perfect for pampering your feet during the winter months!
