Culinary Uses and Tips:
• Rose buds make beautiful decorations for cakes, cookies, baked goods and desserts
• Create beautiful vinegars snd alcohols (example - rose bud vodka) by steeping whole rose buds in your choice of liquid for 2 -3 weeks. For a more intense pink colour add a few Hibiscus Petals to the steeping liquid
• Add rosebuds to other teas to create floral flavour and visual appeal
• Roses pair exceptionally well with hibiscus, strawberries, raspberries, rhubarb, chocolate, lavender, cream, honey, saffron, cardamom, cinnamon and pepper
• Whole rosebuds are an excellent flower for use in crafts (ex. soaps) or any project where visual appeal is important
